I woke up to an empty bed, but myself. Where the fuck she go? He looked around as Yazi walked in with his new sheets. Damn it's 2pm already? He got out with his back to her then stretched. She cleared her throat then smiled small. He looked back then down. OH, SHIT. He grabbed his boxers off the chair then looked back at her.

"Don't tell Nic."

"I won't, but she told me to tell you that she'll see you around dinner time because she had to go see someone important."

"Who?"

"I don't know, but she was dressed nice like it was a guy."

"Nice? How nice?"

"Skirt, not too much boobs and heels."

"Alright, I'll call after I get out the shower."

She nodded the began to strip his bed as he walked around her picking up his and Nicki's clothes. Nicki had fussed at him about make Yazi, Tay and Kurt clean up extra stuff that he could do himself. He laughed remember their convo, but he was worried about her.

SB went into the kitchen to see his breakfast in the microwave with a note on it. That mean she been gone since like 9 or 10am. Who is that fucking important for her to leave that early? He looked over the note.

He sighed then relaxed as he sat at the table eating alone. She couldn't let me know when she left. He looked at his calendar and marked Friday. Four days until that fool gets back. He smiled then picked the food out of his teeth.

"Boss?"

"Yeah?"

"Where Nic? The girls in the club looking for her."

"She's out right now."

"Alright."

"Yeah."

He looked at his clock. 5pm and no call or anything. He loaded his gun, placed it on his waist then walked out his office. He threw the keys at Big Pop as he walked past him.

"Check Nic's old place and her mom's."

"What's up?"

"She been gone all day and her friends don't know where she at."

"On it."

"Vak you seen Nic at your girls house?"

"Naw, she asked me where she at. I thought yawl went on a date or something..."

"Damn, she told me to call her, but I don't want to bother her if she handling some business."

"Did you check with Susan?"

"Yeah, she said the last time she actually seen Nic was at Candi's, but Candi said she wasn't Home."

"What the fuck is up?"

"I don't know, but I'll see at 7 if she come home on time for dinner."

"I'll keep you posted if I see her."

"Cool. Same."

SB got in his car and headed for the store to pick up some pasta and other stuff for dinner. Today was his night to cook. He looked around for the pasta in Target.

"Do you need help?"

"Yeah, I'm...."

SB stopped in his track. He looked at the small smile on her face then reached out for a hug. She squeezed him tight taking in his smell. He looked her over. She done got thick, but not in the right places. She blushed as his eyes roamed over her body.

"I know I've put on a weight, but I just had a little boy with boyfriend."

"That's nice to hear. What you doing here?"

"I work here."

"We should catch up."

"We should. How about after I get off work?"

"Cool, maybe you'll even get to meet my girl."

She looked pained as he talked about cooking dinner for Nicki. He looked at her as their convo became one sided.

"Diana you alright?"

"Yeah I should get back to work."

"Nice speaking with you."

"Don't leave, I want to meet Nicki."

He smiled thinking of Nicki until he remembered he hadn't spoken to her all day. Might as well text her.

Wifey: I'm on my way home, do you need anything?
Boss: Naw, just you. Are you okay?
Wifey: Yeah, I'm fine.
Boss: Sure man cause you haven't texted or called a nigga all day.
Wifey: TTYL

She's pissed. He headed out the door with his bags, placed them in the car and walked back in to pick up something for her. He looked in the clothing isle and picked up ten Hello Kitty T's, a pink watch and ten pair of colored skinnies in her size. He walked to the register and smiled seeing Diana there. Damn, she just had to go fuck us up, but I'm glad I wouldn't have found my wife. She looked over the small sized clothes and rolled her eyes.

"Yo you still play video games?"

"Of course!"

"I got a game room full of em, you should bring you guyfriend and kid."

"Kids and sure. Um Friday?"

"Plans."

"Saturday."

"Cool."

"I'll be out in 10min."

"Great."

SB pushed Diana's controller down as they played the race car game. She laughed trying to gain control back of her car. Just like the good ol' times. He sat back a little to look her over. He looked at the clock then huffed reading eight fifty. Where the fuck she at yo? He pulled out his phone and texted her.

Wifey: I know, I'm pulling up.
Boss: You got a lot of explaining to do.
Wifey: Not tonight.
Boss: Tomorrow morning then.
Wifey: I have something to do.
Boss: Like what? What's with the secrets and shit?
Wifey: Don't start your bitching.
Boss: Alright Onika.

Everytime a nigga worried about her, I'm bitching. Fuck it. He put his phone down and continued playing the game with Diana. She beat him or so she thought at everything, but the games they played on the Wii.

"I can't play on the wii!"

"You need to get with the times."

"Unlike you, I had to grow up fast."

"What happen to us?"

"We shouldn't talk about this right now."

"Why not?"

"Cause you shouldn't be worried about the past when you got me."

Nicki stood at the bottom of the stairs looking at him with blood shot puffy eyes. Damn.

"Nic?"

"Who are you?"
